The current resource requests for the DSPO are too high. We want to reduce them but don't have time to test to determine the correct resource request before 1.25 needs to go out. Remove the line(s) from odh-deployer for 1.25 to deploy the DSPO so that no customers will be impacted by the high resource requests.
