[Quickstart] Radio buttons to check your work module missing in "Deploying a model with Watson Studio"

      Description of problem:

      The Deploying a model with Watson Studio doesn't have "yes" or "no" check your work radio buttons which are available in all other QuickStarts.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      #Go To RHODS dashboard.
      #Go to Resources
      #Select Quickstart Filter
      #Navigate to "Deploying a model with Watson Studio" Quickstart
      #Click Start

      Actual results:

      There are no mark your progress radio buttons as in other quickstart steps

      Expected results:

      yes or no question radio buttons should appear after each step to in consistence with other QuickStarts
