Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the Red Hat Developer Sandbox
2. Open RHODS Dashboard
3. Create a Model Server

Actual results:

Returns a 403, but navigating away and back shows model server was created successfully

The network response:

{"statusCode":403,"code":"403","error":"Forbidden","message":"You don't have the access to update the namespace"}

Expected results:

No error is shown if a model server is created successfully

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Always reproducible on the sandbox, will be reproducible outside the sandbox as well with similar permission settings as the sandbox
