Description of problem:

When launching a notebook image from the Jupyter tile with the UBI flavor, the notebook fails to start

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to the Jupiter tile of the Dashboard
2. prepare a notebook with a UBI version
3. start the server

Actual results:

after a few seconds, the CrashLoopBackOff error is shown

Expected results:

either the UBI image is removed from the list of images,
or the UBI images is fixed to launch properly

always

Build Details:

RHODS 1.25 nightly of March 22nd

Workaround:

use another flavor of the image.
