As a DS user, I need to be able to remove components from the Enabled tab that I no longer use, so the enabled tab only displays applications I use in my job.

Scope of story:

• For components that no longer have active/valid subscription, provide some type of UI indication that subscription is no longer valid.
• For components without valid subscription, provide option to remove from the Enabled tab.
• For components that are active/valid, do not provide option to remove from the dashboard because there would no longer be a way to access these components from the dashboard.
