Description of problem:

I followed the RHODS self-managed installation documentation.
One of the steps is to define the RHODS groups https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_data_science_self-managed/1.24/html/managing_users_and_user_resources/defining-openshift-data-science-admin-and-user-groups_user-mgmt

The prerequisite for that is to be logged in the RHODS console. The problem I found is there is no clear description on how to connect to the RHODS console in the link above. The RHODS login  procedure is only described when we need to shared the link with the users (step after the groups configuration) https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_data_science_self-managed/1.24/html/installing_openshift_data_science_self-managed/sharing-the-instance-address-with-users_install

My suggestion is to add the RHODS login procedure when we need it in the installation phase meaning at this step
