      NOTE: This is a LOW priority task for sprint 1.26, please only take this if other critical work for 1.26 is finished.

      We need to be able to be notified when manifests in the following are not consistent:

      • odh-manifests (upstream/downstream)
      • dsp repo (upstream odh/downstream rhods)
      • dspo repo (upstream/downstream)

      Job should take in a config where you can specify files & paths to ignore.
