Description of problem:

In "Managing users and user resources", section 8.2, the verification step instructs the admin to check the rhods-notebooks namespace for any running Notebooks belonging to the user that got their permissions revoked.
We should expand this verification step to instruct the admin user to go to the DSP page and look for any projects belonging to the user, which might have running Workbenches attached to it.
