Description of problem:

It looks like the pod associated to the catalogsource cannot be created due to a PodSecurity violation (see catalogsource-addon-managed-odh-catalog.yaml) and screenshot below:

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a ODS cluster 
2. try to install rhods using the catalog source  (image used : brew.registry.redhat.io/rh-osbs/iib:452818 )

Actual results: 

RHODS installation not started 

Expected results:

RHODS installation should start and everything  should work fine

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Tested 2 time on OSD AWS
