Description of problem:

https://docs.pachyderm.com/latest/getting_started/ and https://docs.pachyderm.com/latest/getting_started/beginner_tutorial/

bring to a 404 Not Found page. These links are used in the Pachyderm card of "Explore" page and pachyderm tutorial card of "Resources" page in RHODS Dashboard.

The links should be replaced by new ones

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to RHODS Dashboard > Explore page
2. click on Pachyderm card
3. click on "Get Started" button
4. click on "OpenCV" link in the description
5. click on "tutorial" link at the bottom of the description
6. go to RHODS Dashboard > Resources page
7. click on "Access tutorial" link on "Getting started with Pachyderm concepts" card

Actual results:

links lead to 404 Not Found page

Expected results:

links lead to the expected web content
