Description of problem:

Trying to add ODS project via UI - with Unicode characters - is not supported, but the error message returned is incorrect.

Error creating project
the object provided is unrecognized (must be of type ProjectRequest): couldn't get version/kind; json parse error: unexpected end of JSON input ({"apiVersion":"project.openshi ...)

Expected results:

Correct error message about unsupported unicode for project description.

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Always for unicode chars.
