Acceptance criteria:

• Add Htpasswd installation and uninstallation to odstest command
• Install htpasswd like identity provider
• Create secret to bind htpasswd with the oauth configuration 
• Create groups htpasswdusers, htpasswdpadmin and htpasswdnousers 
• Add users to groups 
• Keep a copy of oauth before change the identity provider called oauth_backup.yml
• Uninstall identity provider by delete the secret and recovering the previous identity provider oauth_backup.yml
• Delete groups in uninstallation
