Acceptance criteria:

• Add Ldap installation and uninstallation to odstest command - Install Ldap container in oc 
•  Create secret to bind ldap with the oauth configuration 
• Create groups ldapusers, ldapadmin and ldapnousers 
• Add users to groups 
• Keep a copy of oauth before change the identity provider called oauth_backup.yml 
• Uninstall identity provider by delete the secret and recovering the previous identity provider oauth_backup.yml
• Check if oauth_backup is created to don’t recreate it in a second installation.
• Delete Ldap configuration in uninstallation
• Delete groups in uninstallation
