Description of problem:
Once the Errata is shipped live. We try to install the latest version of rhods (1.22) and observed that due to a missing image in regstry.redhat.io. Installation and upgrade is failed for SM
Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Fresh cluster
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a fresh Cluster
- For to Operatorhub
- Search for RHODS
- Install RHODS
- We observed that installation is stuck and operator pod is not being deployed due to missing image
Actual results:
We observed that installation is stuck and operator pod is not being deployed due to missing image
Expected results:
RHODS 1.22 install and upgrade should happen sucesfully
