A11Y minor issues found for the Resources as reported in the report

1. Resources - Continue - Leave quick start sidebar -> The modal should enable an ESC Key to dismiss/close the modal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Resources page
2. Use Deque Browser Extension Pro 7-day free trial and scan the page using Modal Guided Tests or use a screen reader i.e VoiceOver to navigate through UI 
3. Observe the issues reported above
