Description of problem:

A11Y critical issues found for the Applications as reported in the report

1. The element's role is missing or is not appropriate for the element's function (5 instances for all articles on this page)

3. After selecting 'open/continue quick start' from the Actions button, the tab (resulting also in the screen reader issue) doesn't go to the quick start but instead goes to the next article element (relates to all instances for articles on this page where the right-side panel opens)

4. Applications/Enabled/Launch Application -> The element's role is missing or is not appropriate for the element's function (relates to all 13 instances of question marks)

5. Applications/Explored -> The element's role is missing or is not appropriate for the element's function (relates to all 11 arciles on this page)

2. Use Deque Browser Extension Pro 7-day free trial and scan the page using Keyboard Guided Tests or use Keyboard's tabs to navigate through UI 
3. Observe the issues reported above
