A11Y moderate issues found for the Resources as reported in the report

1. The screen reader doesn't read labels (relates to labels in all 50 articles)

2. Start the screen reader (e.g ChromeVox Browser Extension or VoiceOver), select the component and listen to the reader
3. Observe the issues reported above
