[Accessibility Screen Reader Review] Serious - Model Serving Issues

Description of problem:

A11Y serious issues found for the Model Serving as reported in the [report|https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/1/d/1yiSedjyrcFB_O41gIlzOIzJfXZrHUfyW2VNVL4XiZas/edit?usp=sharing]

1. The screen reader doesn't read question mark 

2. The screen reader doesn't read the exclamation mark

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Model Serving page
2. Start the screen reader (e.g ChromeVox Browser Extension or VoiceOver), select the component and listen to the reader
3. Observe the issues reported above

Reported above issues are present.

Reported issues are fixed.
