Description of problem:

A11Y moderate issues found for the Data Science Projects as reported in the [report|https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/1/d/1yiSedjyrcFB_O41gIlzOIzJfXZrHUfyW2VNVL4XiZas/edit?usp=sharing]

1. Table not recognized by a screen reader as a data science projects table but only as a "grid" 

2. Table not recognized by a screen reader as a data science projects table but only as a "grid" This relates to all tables: Workbenches, Cluster storage, Data connections and models and model servers (4 instances of this issue on this page)

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Data Science Projects page
2. Start the screen reader (e.g ChromeVox Browser Extension or VoiceOver), select the component and listen to the reader
3. Observe the issues reported above

Actual results:

Issues present as outlined above.

All issues are fixed.
