We would like to expand our set of integrated RHODS partner offerings by adding support for Intel OpenVino to address use cases in the data science lifecycle. Intel OpenVino provides a free toolkit for developing optimized deep learning models.

Requirements:

1. P0: The system must provide an Intel OpenVino tile in the explore tab of the RHODS dashboard. The tile must provide high-level offering benefits with clear instructions & links to enable the service.

2. P0: The system must automatically move the Intel OpenVino tile from the 'explore' to 'enabled' tab when an organization signs up for/installs the service. 

3. P0: The RHODS dashboard must include quickstart, tutorial, and other documentation to enable users to get started with the service and get information on common use cases.

4. P1: When Intel OpenVino is enabled, the system must provide the option to select an Intel OpenVino predefined NB image as part of the flow for starting a NB server. The image must automatically include the appropriate software packages/libraries to enable users to easily get started using Intel OpenVino.
