[FeatureRequest] Keep the models visible in UI even if the model server gets deleted

Context

When a user deletes the model server from a DS project, the models which were deployed get hidden from "Model Serving" page. However, the model objects do not get deleted from the cluster. If the model server get re-created, the models automatically appear again.

Proposal

Given that the models remain in the cluster, it could make sense to keep showing them in the Dashboard page. In this way the user would be fully aware of what is currently created in their cluster.

Maybe there should be a warning or status saying they cannot be used until a model server gets created.
