      We notice sometimes our ISV tests failing in teardown because the CRs fail to be deleted via UI . 

      Then, we want to remove CRs using CLI commands.
      This is a first step towards implementing ISV Install/Uninstall with CLI instead of UI navigation (which is not very stable)
