      Set up Istio routing for the odh-minimal deployment in a reproducible way, with necessary updates to the odh-manifests that can be used for the actual cluster deployment.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • The odh-manifests are updated with the necessary configuration for Istio routing
      • Smoke tests are developed to ensure the configuration is correct

      Note: This task does not include any changes to the authentication provider.
