[DSG] Workbench fails to start when using long titles for both project and workbench

    Description

      Description of problem:

      It looks like when the sum of characters of project title plus workbench title is higher than 62 characters, the workbenches fail to start because k8s is not able to create the route

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a project with long name (i.e., very very very long name for a project - scenarios, 50chars)
      2. create a workbench with title "workbench nam" (13 chars)
      3. check the result
      4. try different titles

      Actual results:

      route creation and workbench start fail

      Expected results:

      either workbench start is successful or users are informed about the limitation and workbench creation is prevented with an error message
