Description of problem:

While going through the doc verification i observed that default namespace for rhods installation is `openshift-operators`, which is wrong.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to chapter 6 of Installing OpenShift Data Science Self-managed
2. Under the Procedure section, got to point 6
3. Under point 6 subsection one it is mentioned that
   All namespaces on the cluster (default) installs the Operator in the default openshift-operators namespace to watch and be made available to all namespaces in the cluster.

Actual results:

default namespace mentioned for rhods SM installation is `openshift-operators`

Expected results:

default namespace for RHODS SM installation is `redhat-ods-operator`
