Some of the images provided in Red Hat OpenShift Data Science Self-managed 1.20 were downloaded from quay.io registries instead of registry.redhat.io. These images are built and checked by Red Hat, and have now beeen moved to registry.redhat.io.

In order to be in compliance with self-managed releases, all images must be hosted on a red hat approved registry. Openvino (build by CPaaS) and Etcd (external image) must be available on approved registry versus quay.
