New RHODS SM requirement: Default storage class

      As mentioned by Kevin, Jooho, and Guillaume in Slack:

      OpenShift Container Platform (unlike OpenShift Dedicated) does not set a default storage class. This means that when installing RHODS SM on OCP where a default storage class has not been set, admins will encounter an error like the following:

      Normal  FailedBinding  14s (x2 over 23s)  persistentvolume-controller  no persistent volumes available for this claim and no storage class is set

      This is also required on OpenShift Dedicated clusters, but OpenShift Dedicated clusters always have a default storage class set, so customers themselves don't need to configure one.

       

      With this in mind, we need to update the requirements for RHODS SM to clearly call out the need for a default storage class.
