Description of problem:

When users have many projects which causes the UI to distribute those over multi page, the UI shows duplicates of same projects across different pages. (A)

In addition, if users selects to show 20 items per page, it shows more than 20 in the first page (B)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create more than 10 projects
2. Log in as dedicated/cluster admin
3. go to Data Science Projects page
4. check how projects are distributed over multiple pages

Actual results:

1. there are duplicates across pages

2. the number of desired items per page is not applied on the first page

Expected results:

1. there are no duplicates across pages

2. the number of desired items per page is applied on all the pages
