[DSG] Workbenches pv shows error after login with rhods-users

      == Persistent Volume Claim (PVC) disk usage of a Data Science Project was not visible to users in Red Hat OpenShift Data Science
      Users who did not have `cluster-admin` or `dedicated-admin` access permissions were unable to view the disk usage of a PVC that was associated with a data science project through the data science projects user interface. Instead, a red error icon was displayed next to the the relevant PVC's disk usage bar. The PVC disk usage of a data science project is now visible in the user interface.

      Description of problem: 

      Workbenches PV shows error after login with the "rhods-users" group

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. create new Workbenches from the user in cluster-admin
      2. check if Workbench storages shows error
      3. login with RHODS-USER group user 
      4. check if Workbenches storage shows any error  <<<-- showing error

      Note: same can be observed if we are creating Workbenches from rhods-user (please check the recording for it )

      Actual results:

      showing error 

      Unable to get storage data. Request failed with status code 422

      Expected results:

      should not show an error
