The 404 report for December is in, and there are a number of changes to make re. updated location of the "Launching JupyterHub" section after introduction of the projects UI.

Note for QE: This issue is only to handle links within the English (en-US) documentation, so the red highlights can be ignored, as can the links from the product page - I'll fix those separately and they don't need verification.
