Description of problem:

Review Chapter 2. Architecture of OpenShift Data Science to include new services like DS Projects and Model Serving.

Currently, the RHODS Dashboard definitions says:

A customer-facing dashboard that shows available and installed applications for the OpenShift Data Science environment as well as learning resources such as tutorials, quick start examples, and documentation.

It may sound like only ISV and Resource sections are there, but we have DS Projects and Model serving in 1.20.

definition of dashboard only mentions applications (ISVs) and Resources

Expected results:

definition of dashboard includes new features (DSProjects, Model serving)
