Description of problem:

The Data Connection created in the model serving modal must include the opendatahub.io/connection-type: s3 annotation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an s3 data connection in model serving
2. Create a deployed model in the model serving section
3. Check that the model doesn't load the s3 connection
