      When a user attempts to create a notebook instance in Jupyter, the maximum number of GPUs available for scheduling was not updated as GPUs are assigned. Jupyter now displays the correct number of GPUs available.

      Description of problem:

      The fix for RHODS-5887 has introduced a regression in the gpu dropdown behaviour, which now does not seem to update dinamically anymore.
      This means that e.g. when all GPUs on the cluster are in use, the dropdown does not get greyed out and display the "All GPUs are currently in use" message.

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      RHODS 1.19.0-19 and up

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Provision GPUs
      2. Use all of them
      3. Visit spawner page
      4. GPU dropdown does not correctly show the current number of available GPUs

      Actual results:

      GPU dropdown does not correctly show the current number of available GPUs

      Expected results:

      GPU dropdown shows the current number of available GPUs
