inconsistency in RHOSAK get started links from Explore page

Description of problem:

The 2 get started links reported in RHOSAK description points to different URLs: 

1) the one under "Get Started" link points to https://console.redhat.com/application-services/streams/kafkas 

2) the one at the bottom of the description points to: https://console.redhat.com/beta/application-services/streams/kafkas 

I think we can remove "beta" from the second URL to have both links consistent. The final results for the user should not be affected though, since kafka streams are not beta anymore. But still, that should be fixed

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to RHODS Dashboard > Explore page
2. click on RHOSAK tile
3. check the URL under Ger started button
4. check the URL at the bottom of the description

Actual results:

the Get Started links refers to slightly different URLs

Expected results:

both the Get Started links refers to the same URL
