[Spike] Intelligent test selection from build doc (phase2: proof of concept)

      Use the build doc (or similar document) and a script to generate a list of components that have been changed in a release. Run only TCs related to those components.

      Berto: I would also include new releases of RHODS add-ons (rhoam, kafka, seldon, etc)

       

      Some initial points to start investigation:

      • Document to read:  TestSelection & Priotization in CVDS QEe
        • Contact authors of the doc
      • Investigate existing solutions
      • Find a suitable doc format 
      • Write a script that goes from doc->list of components
      • Manually test out for a couple of releases to verify that correct components are shown; eventually automate test selection
