Logout screen is causing friction

    Description

      Description of problem:

After a couple days, when I reconnect to RHODS, I see:

In previous versions of RHODS, this screen used to "flash", i.e, show on screen for 0.2 seconds, and then disappear. (like someone had clicked the logout button for me).

Now, the above screen is shown permanently, and nothing happens.

I've already had 2 different people people ask me what was wrong with the environment. I had to tell them to click on the logout button.

Can we set it back to the way it was before. Since there is only a single button, there is no valid reason to strand the user on that screen.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. wait for auth to expire ? (24 h?)
      2. try to access RHODS again.

      Actual results:

      error message

      Expected results:

no error message, auto-redirected to re-login.

      Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

      Always

      Build Details:

      RHODS 1.18.0-9
