In RHODS 1.20 pre-built images are included and some tests in Smoke are currently failing:

• Verify That CUDA Build Chain Succeeds
  • Wait Until All Builds Are Complete: fails because the buildconfigs don't exist anymore
• Test Existence of Prometheus Alerting Rules
  • Check Prometheus Alerting Rules: fail because the Build rule group doesn't exist anymore

• Verify All Alerts Severity
  • Alert "Jupyter image builds are failing 120" was not found in Prometheus

We need to update those tests in Smoke before 1.20 RC build is given to us
