[DSG] when multiple PV are mounted to the same directory workbench fail to start without errors

      Description of problem:

      When mounting more than one PV to the same mount folder in the same workbench, the creation fails without showing errors. The notebook pod does not get created.

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Create a DS project

      Create a workbench

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access your DS project from Dashboard UI
      2. create 2 different PVs
      3. connect the 2 PVs to your workbench and mount both to the same folder
      4. check the wokrbench and its pod creation

      Actual results:

      notebook pod is not created, workbench is stuck in "starting" status without showing error message

      Expected results:

      prevent users from mounting multiple PV on the same folder in the same workbench or display errors
