The "Provide feedback" functionality does not work if the user has "ublock origin" enabled in the browser (possibly affected by other adblockers as well). We need a warning or a note to be added to the Provide feedback page to inform users of this. Ideally, we would get this tested to confirm that the functionality works again when the offending adblockers are disabled.
