      OpenShift cluster-wide proxy setting does not help to set up PROXY environment and a custom certificate for RHODS. In order to  HTTP/HTTPS PROXY server with RHODS, we need to set proper environment variables and also inject ca into RHODS components.

       

      ODH Operator, jupyter notebook are the first target to support. If there are more components that need to set that information, we need to add them.
