      Description of problem:

      In my OCP environment, the users that I create do not belong to any group/any role.
      They cannot create namespaces, and hence cannot create DSG projects.

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Install RHODS 1.19 on OpenShift from the catalog image
      • Create users without predefined roles
      • They can create Jupyter notebooks
      • They cannot create DSG projects / notebooks

      Actual results:

      Error creating project

      Expected results:

      • Documentation about how to give the right privileges to the users so that they can create notebooks
      • Clearer error message saying that the user doesn't have enough privileges to create the project
