Description of problem:

I created two workbenches with the same name (ds3) in two different projects.
I cannot stop the second one from the overview panel, it's always the first one that stops

RHODS 1.19

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a project named project1
2. create a workbench named workbench
3. create a project named project2
4. create a workbench named workbench
5. try to stop the workench in project2 from the overview panel

Actual results:

the workbench fromo project1 is stopped

Expected results:

the workbench fromo project2 is stopped

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

always

Workaround:

go to the project2 and stop the workbench
