      Description of problem:

      the image tooltip in JH report different library versions from the actual installed.

      conda v4.13.0 reported vs v22.9.0 installed

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Enable Anaconda

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to KFNBC spawner page
      2. check the tooltip for anaconda
      3. check the actual installed versions of the libs reported in the tooltip

      Actual results:

      reported versions in tooltip are different from the actual installed

      Expected results:

      reported versions in tooltip are not different from the actual installed
