Description of problem:

differently from other DSG items (e.g., workbenches, storages) the data connections cannot be edited after creation

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

createa a data science project

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to RHODS Dashboard > Data Science Projects
2. enter your project
3. create a data connection using UI
4. click 3-dots menu on the right of the newly created data connection
5. check "edit" action is present

Actual results:

No edit action available

Expected results:

Edit action is available like other DSG items

tested using local dashboard deployment, but the same changes should be in build v1.19.0-3. I will check
