As an administrator, I want to install RHODS-SM on a OpenShift Container Platform cluster

The documentation effort consists of:

• Conditional updates to the following modules, or new modules if appropriate:
• Overview of deploying OpenShift Data Science
• Configuring an identity provider for OpenShift Dedicated
• Identity management options for OpenShift Data Science
• Adding administrative users for OpenShift Dedicated
• Enabling GPU support in OpenShift Data Science
• Sharing the instance address with users
• Troubleshooting common installation problems
• Architecture of OpenShift Data Science

• New module: Installing OpenShift Data Science on OpenShift Container Platform
• New module: Requirements for OpenShift Data Science

GPU support will be available but not as an add-on. Will need to install as a operator.

Identity management should be the same with the exception of default admin group/no dedicated admin group.
