Description of problem:

2.1. Usage data collection notice for OpenShift Data Science has a sub-section called "Enabling and Disabling Usage Data". The section reports only information about "disabling", though.

You can disable usage data by following the instructions in Disabling usage data collection.

Two options could be:
1. remove the links and just write that the data collection can be disable and enabled from RHODS Dashboard. (the next 2 paragraphs report the instructions for both actions)
2. add link to the "enabling" section too
