This task documents the following eng Jiras: RHODS-166, RHODS-165
Cookiecutter is a command-line utility that creates projects from cookiecutters (project templates), for example, Python package projects and VueJS projects. You can use cookiecutter to create an RHODS application. Here is the cookiecutter website documentation: https://cookiecutter.readthedocs.io/en/1.7.2/. Also, here is the official Cookiecutter GitHub page : https://github.com/cookiecutter/cookiecutter.
This document was created to hash out the overarching workflow or user story that we expect, and a cookiecutter module needs to be written as part of this process:
This document linked to above is based on Chris Chase's RHODS Project Setup.
When creating an application using cookiecutter, there is a specific cookiecutter template repository that could be linked to the RHODS documentation, or at least referenced, for summit. See here: https://github.com/opendatahub-io/odh-s2i-project-cookiecutter.
These additional resources may also help in creating this module:

The additional resources listed above would be good to use in the module's "Additional Resources" section.
