Description of problem:

When trying to spawn a notebook with Aikit image, the nb pod gets ErrImagePull

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

install Intel Aikit operator either from certified catalog or rh marketplace

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy Aikit container image
2. go to KFNBC spawner
3. select aiki image
4. click on "start server"
5. check the errors

Actual results:

spawning process gets Error: ImagePullBackOff

Expected results:

notebook server is spawned successfully
