In general, the metrics exposed by the modelmesh monitoring stack + openshift network metrics should be sufficient.

Refer to requirement 9: Inference Performance Metrics for more details as well as Requiremnet 8: Model Monitoring

Requiremnet 8 may require us to think about blackbox exporting if the above two sets of metrics aren't good.
