Description of problem:

When we uninstall RHODS using theself-managed  uninstall script, some resources are not deleted, like the catalogsource and the direct access to RHOD.S

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Use a self-managed cluster and install RHODS

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the self-managed-install repo
2. Write the command ./rhods uninstall
3. Wait until be uninstalled

4. oc get catalogsource self-managed-rhods -n openshift-marketplace

    -> the catalogsource still there

1. Clicking the direct access menu you can see rhods dashboard link.

Actual results:

After uninstall Rhods the catalogsource and the link to rhods still there

Expected results:

Catalogsource and link is deleted
